Okay guys, here's a question for you:

I've finally gotten my first bad bidder. Ebay has suspended him and tells me my next step is to apply for refund of FVF.

What is the order to the steps I want to take?

* Neg. feedback
* Get my listing fees back
* Relist (if possible; it's been 4 weeks since auction closed with NO communication at all from buyer and unworkable email address, hence the suspension).

Can I relist before I leave the feedback and file for the listing fees? Help! ~Adele

You can relist, file for your fees. If they got the boot there is no point to feedback. Do not think it is possible anyway. Time to move on.
