I would try to contact ebud/auctiva but as everyone knows, their response time is 5-7 days. I have just downloaded the new update and can't get it installed. It pops up a winzip window and then when I hit "unzip" file, it says there is no path for that file.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you might not have eBud installed in the default directory. First, be sure what directory (folder) you have eBud installed in. Next, when you run the update program, look at the path in the box under where it says "Unzip to folder:"- if it is not the same directory, click on the "Browse..." button to the right and select the appropriate folder, and then click the "Unzip" button.

Well I downloaded and install the patch, and to no avail, eBud is still not functioning properly - BUT fortunately I also run AuctionTamer, which is running perfectly....I am in the process now of totally changing totally over to AuctionTamer, I am sick and tired of the problems with eBay and their louse support - AuctionTamer's support has been fantastic, and I've used them for a year now.
