that's the problem I don't have the number. I thought there was a way to get to old auctions by old I mean auctions older than 30 days.

Well I can't do that I was watching his auctions one night in Feb. and ended up calling him and buying a computer from him. I paid him but I haven't gotten the computer yet. I have talked to him but I get one excuse after another. So I was collecting his auctions and thought I would email people who bought from him to see if they got their computers. The odd thing is he is still running auctions but I don't see any feedback for his past computer auctions. This guy sounds nice enough on the phone but I get the feeling there is something not right.

Did you e-mail him at all about that auction? If you don't clean out your "sent messages" folder regularly, you might be able to find it there. (You said that you couldn't find feedback on his computer auctions, so I'm assuming you clicked on every auction number in his feedback between February 2 and now.) If you paid him by credit card, it sounds like it's time for the ol' charge back....

Go to the Smart Search, put in his email address to find his auctions, make sure you check all auctions so that it gets his closed ones.
