Thanks to hints many months ago, we began analysing eBay statments line by line.

It really isn't that difficult, but what an eyeopener.

Credit due - wrong fees charged for final value - some items not charged at all.

Anyone else do this....

I was wondering if anybody else checked their invoices but since I'd not seen anything about it on the boards, I supposed they must be pretty accurate. NOT.

Thanks for the heads up. Now I have yet another little tid-bit to add to my plate...

I havent check my ebay invoices because they seem quite complicated. Maybe eBay wants it that way. I'm going to start looking though.
It would seem that with all their millions they could hire a good programmer and systems analyst to design a monthly invoice that would be easy to read and follow for each item. EBAY, are you listening?

I just looked over my statement. Everything looks in order and I didn't find any mistakes. It does pay to check your statements on any bills you receive.

thepriest Could you provide a few more examples -- no identifying info, just examples of what else you're finding.

Also, what has been your experience in dealing with ebay on correcting the problems?

Hi Clever Girl...thanks for your note.

someone of this board had suggested it several months ago.

We list everything into excel...so it was pretty easy.

Some were missed and not charged, some had credits due.

they were pretty good with it. Recently, its been okay.

But this month ought to be interesting.
