I have been scammed by a seller who has been scamming buyers for some time now. Ebay has suspended him several times, but he keeps coming back. He presently has 3 fraud cases pending. His FB profile did not indicate any problems at the time I bid on his auction. This is how he works: Buyers purchase crappy merchandise, he seems friendly and offers a return. Buyer returns, then never gets their money back. I have Filed fraud complaints with Ebay, Paypal, and the FCC. It is taking way too long. In the mean time, this seller has relisted item and sold to another sucker. He uses FB as blackmail, which has been proven to EBAY. They slapped his hand and said "bad boy". Ebay does not protect the buyers, and the good sellers are losing good buyers.

eBay is only a venue or so they claim. The only thing buyers can do is read feedback.
