Granted it has been a long time but I need to report a technical problem to eBay and can't for the life of me find a place on the system that will let me.
Last night I posted an auction and paid for highlighting -- checked the account and I was billed but the auction is NOT highlighted when I do a search.
I want a refund or the darn thing to work and I can't even find a place to tell them it's not working!
