Periodically every employee gets a performance review. Since we pay for the services of the employees of ebay, it is only fair that we use this down time to review the performance of their management and staff.

Please help by rating them on the following criteria:

Performance
Ability to Listen
Reliability
Efficiency
Ability to work with others
Creativity
Problem Solving
Attention to Detail
Potential for future growth

And most importantly, based on this week's performance are you going to make them more or less a part of your future plans?

I just wonder why they(eBay mgmt) appears to be "clueless"..????
