Has anyone had trouble sending emails with the new Sellers Assistant Basic? I have been a long time user of Auction Assistant and it has served me well. I listed two groups of auctions using the SA Basic and when I send the WBN it says it was sent but none of the bidders have received them. My AA Classic no longer works also. It will not get the winning bidders email.
Make sure you've got the most recent upgrade/patch. SA Basic is on version 3.0.9, which came out 3/21.
Then make sure you have the most recent server settings-- these are changing weekly, and may cause email problems. Go to File:Maintenance:Program Upgrades.
Your best bet for support is on the Blackthorne discussion boards. There's also a forum on eBay, but support is marginal. AW doesn't really sanction support on this board for competing products (for good reason!).
Your old AA program won't be supported much longer, at any rate.
