I'm not sure if it's ok to post a question about Vrane here in EO but I didn't know where else to ask. When I go to Power Relister Gold and have the page pulled up to change prices, titles, etc., all of the capital letters in my auction titles are lowercase and all of the titles that have a numeral in the beginning have all words following it deleted (note: they don't have quotation marks afterwards). Also, some of the boxes are all messed up on the page. I don't mind changing all that but I'm afraid to relist, in case there are more errors it will cause...

In the preview screen they show all small-case but when they are actually relisted they show up just as you had originally listed them.

Hello everyone. And speaking of Vrane, I use the paid "Easy Mailer Gold" program in which Vrane holds a copy of your end of auction template and uses just-ended ebay auction data to fill in the changable portions. When I used the Vrane program to notify all my winning bidders (about 3 nights ago), ALL the letters in my ebay auction titles were reduced to lower case, when originally they were all upper case. Because of time pressure and the sheer number of emails I'd have to correct, I just went with the flow and allowed the Vrane program to send all my
end of auction emails with lower case subject text.
I hope they fix it, because I'm a stickler for having that EOA email look perfect, since it's a reflection on me.
