Hello. On March 26th, a person was paying us for a $2.00 item on Ebay. They used a e-check through paypal. Paypal said the payment was not cleared for up to 4 or more days. So okay. We did this before. Now today, I was looking through my history, and I scroll down and see this person canceled payment. So I assume that no payment is coming- correct? And I can return the item back out for sale? Person does not respond to emails. Thank you
If the payment was canceled,then they have stopped the transaction. Echecks typically take 3-5 business days to clear, but they can be canceled before they do clear (which is why we recommend not shipping until it is in your account).
