I use to set up my auctions and then delay their uploading through AW. Is there any other free service that does this?

You can accomplish this with an extra step using Mister Lister's software. When you upload your data file, it goes to a holding queue and sits there until you confirm the batch of auctions.
What I do (when I think about it) is I prepare small batches (20-25 auctions each batch) over the week and then confirm them a few minutes apart...
Its not automatic through the data entry like Auctionwatch, but effective and free.
There are a few "qualifications" to getting access to the program:
To download Mister Lister Composer or to access the online Mister Lister Reviewer, eBay requires that you meet the following criteria: (1) Maintain a feedback rating of 10 or more; (2) Registered on eBay for 60 days or more; and (3) Keep a credit card on file (this requirement is not related to a new seller needing a credit card). These criteria are the same as those that apply to other advanced selling privileges, such as Featured Auctions and Dutch Auctions.
