I know someone can help me with this as I have seen the answer before.
I have received notice from PayPal that a buyer has paid for an item using PayPal.
Since We do not have a seller account with PayPal and refuse to do so. Is there a way to accept payment without signing up with them?

No, if you accept the payment you will be signing up for an account with them. The best thing to do, if you don't want to be a paypal member is to email the buyer and have them cancel the payment and send it to you in a form that you accept.

I happily accept PayPal, but I will say that it is very rude of buyers to "pay" that way if it's not listed on the auction page or in the seller's EOA notice.
Since there have been numerous threads on this topic, I'm wondering if those of you who don't accept PayPal shouldn't have a template notice made up that you can easily zip out when you get those PayPal payments you don't want? Something like:
I do not accept payment via PayPal. It is not listed as an accepted method of payment on the auction page or in the EOA notice I sent you. You will have to cancel that payment and make payment one of the following ways:
It beats typing out an individual response every time, doesn't it?
