I'm getting outbid notices, DESPITE having NO checked in my preferences (they should be called vague suggestions, because I'm certainly not getting the communications I would prefer to get).

Yep, I am getting them too, even went to double check to make sure I had them box checked no.

There are two boxes there for out bid notices and both of them are checked no, and yet I am still getting them.
