I just signed up for Billpoint last week. I had a buyer win two of my auctions and wants me to send her one Billpoint invoice for both auctions ~ how do I do that?

I add the bid price for the 2nd auction to the shipping amount & enter it in the shipping & handling box. Then I detail the transaction in the comments box, like so:

Dear _____
The price for item #2 is added to the shipping in the shipping & handling box.
$5.00 item #1
$5.00 item #2
$3.50 USPS Priority Mail Postage
------
$13.50 Total

Thanks!

As long as the total in the comments box and the total of the invoice match, you shouldn't have a problem with the bidder.
