After some communications delays, my high bidder paid the Billpoint invoice. However, the shipping charges which are 13.50 WERE NOT included on that invoice.

How can I cancel that invoice and bill him properly? Or should I collect the shipping seperately?

This is my first Billpoint seller transaction and I was not sure of the shipping when I listed the item.

Please HELP ASAP!

You cannot cancel a Billpoint invoice once the buyer has paid. You'll now have to send a seperate invoice for the shipping charges, or have them snail mail you payment.

I can't refund the invoice and redo it?
Now I'll be out fees on 13.50 -- or should I bill more to cover the fee?
