Send them an email & tell them to make SURE they are using the correct email for you. A large portion of the unclaimed situations are for putting in the incorrect ID or email address. Had one this morning myself!

Check with your buyer and make sure they didn't put a period at the end of your email address. When I had my Paypal account I often had people send payments to my email address and they put a period at the end of my email address and they didn't go through.
And just out of curiosity... did you read any of the BAD things about Paypal before you signed up with them? I had over 1,000 transactions with them and I finally closed my account in November of last year, due to several problems. It just wasn't worth the headaches.

Which headaches are you talking about? I have had an account with PP for 1 year and could not be happier... Personally I dislike Billpoint, I hate that sweep feature, wish I could turn it off.
I know people have horror stories, I have a few of my own, but none involved Paypal. (maybe I should be knocking on wood?)

Have you logged on to Paypal since they sent you payment? I sometimes receive UNCLAIMED notices when the buyer doesn't use a varified shipping address. Usually there is a UNCLAIMED button next to the status in the Recent activitys. If you click on it, it will ask you if you want to accept the payment from them.
