a seller who has 37 feedback, all positive be NARU? I won 2 of his auctions last week and am now worried about getting my stuff. nothing I saw in any of his sales would have gotten him suspended, (but what do I know).

You can get NARU'd for almost anything. For example...If someone emails you and "their" email bounces back or they try to call you and your area code changed and you never updated it, you are likely to become toast.

This happened to me, twice and I never got my stuff. Apparently the one guy I bought from was NARU'd after the auction I bid on closed, and before anyone could leave negative feedback. I still dont' konw why he was NARU'd, but I do know that, if he hadn't been, he would have had about -500 feedback by now. He has 'allegedly' screwed about $20,000 out of people, and there is a big investigation going on.
Now that I've scared you silly, I'm sure there are other reasons for this.

Possibly a VERO complaint. A fellow on eBay who had about 160 unique positive feedback, but a total of almost 700 positives with no neutrals or negs (indicating phenomenal repeat business), was NARU'ed a couple of months ago. I had been a repeat buyer of the DVDs he was selling, and I think eBay got a complaint from one of the distributers, despite the fact he was selling licensed and fully legal DVDs. He is back on eBay (with a small number of listings), but is also now selling on Yahoo Auctions, and going great guns - last time I looked, he had 57 feedback there, but total repeat feedback of over 200, in one month. His secret was great friendly service, fully disclosed shipping charges, and delivering exactly what he advertised.
Gosh...too bad eBay didn't go out of their way to keep him in good standing.

I did email him and asked why and asked if my stuff had been mailed. I sure hope so, there were some items I really want. Plus he has my money.
