Over a month ago I had a bidder use BIN. I had spent the whole weekend answering her email regarding the item, then she tells me that she will not pay for item because it is a fake item and she personally knows the celeb and he told her the item was fake. First of all the celeb items I offer are all licensed and the royalties are paid the celeb. This pissed me off so I had the manufacture send her an email letting her know that the item is not fake. She said she still would not pay for the item. I told I planned to collect my fees from EBAY and the matter was over.
Tonight I get this crazy email from her accusing me of making threats, trying to get her kicked off EBAY. She is ready to take me to court and have me shut down. I am not afraid of her treats because I can stand by the items I sell and I have all the copies of the email she sent me.
What is bothering me is that she is crazy. Her letter was scary and I do not think I am dealing with a sane person.
Do I turn her into SafeHarbor or her ISP?
Thanks for listening.

I'd forward her messages to both Safeharbor and her ISP.
Good luck!

I'd also make a point of ingnoring any new emails you receive from her. It can only lead to additional trouble.
You are dealing with a deadbeat bidder. Leave a big negative feedback comment and send an email, with a copy to safeharbor, indicating that you do not wish to receive any additional correspondance and demand that she not participate in any future auctions you list.
If she violates the above demand, you can have her removed from eBay. Just be sure to copy Safeharbor in the correspondance.
Best of luck to you.

Very interesting indeed, sounds like you're dealing with a unstable character to say the least. Oh my, (((( the horror )))) dealing with this schizophrenic bidder's, I feel your anguish.
Hope everything works out for you.

Maybe your bidder knows it isn't real because they didn't see it in the star's home the night they broke in ... and ate their food .... and slept in their bed ....

Definitely let their ISP and safeharbor know, collect your FVF, tell them never to bid again (cc to safeharbor) Then ignore them. No response to any further email. If they escalate their garbage, refer the matter to their local police department.

Update. I wrote to Ebay and they suggest I work it out with her! I do not think they even read the email.
She is upset that I filed for credit. I gave the reason as bidder refused to pay.
What I do not understand why she didn't contact me when I filed NPB alert. It has been almost a month since I received my credit.

She is pissed because she has probably just learned that she can be NARU'd from Ebay for three final fee value requests and permanently gone for four.
She's probably done this more than once.

I think they are taking the "we're just a venue" too far when a pseron is threatened!

If your email program has the feature, try putting her on your "blocked sender" list.
Some email I don't ever even download from the server. After an amount of time, it's bounced back to them..sort of the virtual version of call block.

We've had this problem before. What we decided to do is try to work it out sensibly. When we learned this wouldn't work, we told our bidder that this matter was over(the auction had ended almost 2 months before that, after reminders,etc.). They tried to threaten us by saying they were going to come kick our #*#. We ignored it and never heard from them again. I guess we should have reported them though, they were very obnoxious!

Do you have her address? If she's making physical threats, contact the police in her home town and yours.

This happened a while back. We kind of wish now that we would have done something about it, but at the time we didn't want to mess with the person. A relative that used to sell on eBay had a similar problem and it just kept going on and on.

I received another email from the bidder. She wants me to put in writing that I agreed to end the transaction. She refused to pay for the item and I filed for my fees. This happened weeks ago and she had plenty of time to contact me or Ebay.
From this point on I am going to ignor her emails.
Ebay didn't care about the matter so I guess it is best to move on.
Any thoughts?
