I sent eBay an email yesterday as to the situation of not being able to accesss email addresses. Here's the response I received 7 hours later........
Subject: I am getting an error message. What should I do?
Item:
Message: I can't seem to get any user info (email addresses) on the
winners of my auctions that ended tonight. Is Ebay having problems in
this area that they are not aware of? I keep getting the message that
"this functionality is unavailable".
