What can I do?? This bidder on ebay has gone a bit psycho, claiming that my husband stole pictures off of her website to sell on ebay. This is NOT true. Now, she bid on our auction and left negative feedback the next day. Is there anything I can do beside filing a NPB? Help!

Yes. Forward her email(s) to SafeHarbor along with an explanation that the feedback is unrelated to the transaction. They will probably remove it.

To be honest, ebay rarely removes a feedback, even a retaliatory one.

Most likely they are going to tell you it's basically a dispute between parties and they are...suspenseful music here...a VENUE.

Actually I think that eBay will remove feedback if it is proven that this person bid on your item "just to leave feedback" with no intention of buying your product.

Feedback is transactional and if you can prove (through the bidder's emails that the feedback is totally unrelated to the transaction that it was left for they WILL remove it. This is one of the "exceptional circumstances" they talk about on the feedback page.
