I knew I would get punished for making comments about ebay buying half.com. Since March 29 I didn't receive a single order and today when I went to check I found 7 orders awaiting confirmation, and a half dozen cancelled for lack of it.
I have not received any seller emails from them in the past week, and of course am awaiting a reply from their help desk...
If you haven't had any sales lately, maybe you better sign in and check to see if they've stopped sending you emails, too!
And let me know if I am alone, or if this is an unreported problem. (My email has been the same since I first signed up 9 months ago and has worked pretty close to perfectly until now. I have used my Webtv unit all this time, but can switch to a PC but don't want to.)

I do not sell of half.com but my regular eBay notices have been as much as 3 days late since March 15th. I have started checking every night. By the way it does no good to complain about this. The canned answer you will receive says they are only a venue and notifying you is simply a courtesy, et.,etc,etc.

I think it's good idea to check the Half.com web site every day and not to rely on the e-mails. I always confirm on the site because it's more reliable. Once in a blue moon I get an order and never receive the e-mail for it, but it doesn't happen very often.

Definitely go to the site to confirm. Several of us sellers have reported that the email click to confirm does not always work, and if you're unlucky, your order will get cancelled - after you've already shipped the book!
