Reason #869 not to auction at work:

I had a book for auction at Amazon "The Joy of Lesbian Sex". The bidder was in the closet, and didn't realize that if she bid from her work computer that everyone could see on the Amazon home page what she was bidding on. She outbid herself at home, and then cancelled her bid promising she would pay the full amount. Still the amazon home page said she had been outbid. SHe was frantic, and e-mailed me asking if there was anything she could do. I explained how to delete cookies.

She was really scared her co-workers would find out what she was bidding on.

Another reason I like ebay -- great for those private auctions! LOL!

Reason #870,

Surfing ebay when everyone thinks you are working hard on that report & you hit an auction that has loud, tacky music.

BUSTED!

Reason #1 - You are stealing time from your Employer and #2 improperly using their computer for your personal activities.
