I kept canceling his bids. I went to pick up my little girl from daycare and when I got back home and auction had ended and he won! This is definately a bad week

Just e mail them and tell them you do not want them bidding on your auctions, then send same notice to safe harbor.
If they keep it up they should get the boot real soon. You are not having a great week here are you? Dont give up, it gets better.

If you e-mailed requesting no more bids and cc'd Safe Harbor you may not need to honor the bid. I would double-check with eBay to make sure on that, though.

Never CC safeharbor, but when I canceled his bid last time told him to stop bidding on my auctions in the cancelation. I doubt he'll even pay me. He didn't pay the first seller.
