I Need some help.

I have tried to close out my account since December but I continue to get monthly service charges. Every month I send an e-mail to their Customer Service and the next month I'm charged again. I have not used their service since November. I send almost everything media mail so their sevice is of no use to me.

Does anyone have a Customer Service Phone Number?

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Did you get a confirming close out? I closed my account and it went very smoothly although I have not had a billing to review since then.

I always receive an e-mail confirming that they had received my request.

I was under the impression that my account was cancelled also, since I received their confirmation email

But, the following month my bank account was charged!

I've sent 4 emails, with no response from them.

I stopped using stamps.com in October, I was billed until Dec. They said they were changing billing and accidentally charged me. I did a charge back on them!

Joice? Is there a reason you can't post the phone number here? I've been trying to contact Stamps.com since January. They have not replied to numerous emails I've sent them and the only phone number I have found for them is their Tech Support and they say they can't discuss my account (billing info) with me on the phone, that I have to email them - which they do NOT answer. Please post the phone # here if possible. If not, can you please email it to me? Thanks!

Sorry to hear of your problems with stamps.com.
I too had the same problem and there was a thread a month ago with a fella from there who was saying he would help all of us who were having problems.
I have since received another statement from my bank and they finally quit billing me for the service I cancelled in Oct! (thank goodness) but I did not get the credit to my account for the overcharges they charged).

Here is the 800 number, but I am afraid it will not help as their customer service is HORRIBLE, all it will do is tell you to email and they send canned emails back and you never get a live person.
