The eBay monthly invoice for listed items ahs to be the most poorly designed invoice that I have ever. I like the new changes thay are making to the selling, bidding and watching pages. I wish they would put the same programmers to work designing a new monthly invoice page.
I would like to see the monthly invoice and charges oriented to each item that had been listed, instead of oriented towards a date like it is now. In other words, show the Item title and Number, then show all charges for that item underneath. Then show next item, etc.
Today, it is a nightmare to try and figure out all the charges for a single item.
Any comments/suggestions on this matter before I put in a suggestion to eBay?

The present system is simple, cheap, confusing and makes requesting justified refunds difficult.
Your suggestion would cost more, allow easier customer review to determine listing costs, effective usage of features or errors and would facilitate requesting deserved refunds for outages etc.
Given eBay's history of customer service all I can say is...
