Hi all, I was doodling around with vrane, looking at feedbacks and what not. I decided to look at my own. I have my one retaliatory neg from a deadbeat, making my neg feedback .68% or something like that. I then clicked on my feedbacks left... it says I never left any negs! But I did for the deadbeat and that's why it was retaliatory.
Here's the thing.... In my feedback, it NOW looks like I'm lying in my response to the neg feedback (my saying it was retaliatory). So I checked the deadbeat's user ID on ebay, seems he has requested his account be closed. His feedback file is completely removed (instead of just being private like it was.. but that's another bone of contention).
So this jerk-a-doodle has now screwed me over again! First, the NPB, then the retaliatory neg (which was very nasty). Then he made is feedback private (because of all the other's he was NPB-ing). Now he's gone and removed all traces of himself so it looks like I'm lying?
And ebay is proud of their little "enhancements" to the feedback system??? I have written them 4 times now to try and get that neg removed. All to no avail. It seems to me that when they remove someones feedback file, they should remove the feedback left by them????
