Please be advised that the invoices for 3/31/01 were sent with incorrect Invoice Numbers and Account Id's. Please
disregard the previous invoice and refer to this CORRECTED invoice for all payments. If you have already made payment via check and have submitted a payment coupon as
required, the correct data should be provided even though your invoice was incorrect. You may also obtain your
Account Id and view your Account Status via the following

I got my message addressed URGENT with exclamation marks. Sending personal billing information to the wrong people is no small matter. I know I am not a happy camper knowing that someone else has a copy of my invoice. Is there a general announcement about this big time screw up?
