I've been selling on half.com as well as ebay and I can't believe the number of people who don't read the 5 word commentary right next to the item they click. My poor rating there is falling very quickly because the only ones who have been rating me are the ones who cannot read. I just got rated poor for something that was disclosed right there next to the item link. I think I'll stop doing business of half.com.

Whwn you confirm the sale on line, at the half.com website, the next screen shows all the info of that sale. Buyers address and comments left in the description box when listing the book. If the description is pointing out major differences (like BCE instead of the "Real Thing", I print out that page, circle the comment, and slip it into the book.
I have done this before when I could not find the correct ISBN at half, or when I listed the book without one (BCE).
My rating is 4.9 out of 5 (49)
Hope this helps.
