Is the Buyer/Seller communication feature on Half.com only available on the new categories? Because I can't find this feature when I'm trying to buy books.

For books, it's not available until after you enter into a transaction.

If you've already entered into a transaction, then what good is it? It's too late to ask any questions at that point.
