Hi,
I would like to hear some of your suggestions on my problem,
I had 9 auctions up,
3 of them had lingerie
sets that were red color,
1 of them was Padded bra/thong,
2nd one was non padded bra/thong
And the last one was nonpadded bra/panty.
(all of them indentical, just the nonpadding was the difference)
I used the template from the first auction
And copied all the info to the second one
(right...,the second bra WASNT padded)
But I didnt realize it till 2 days
After the auction closed,
So I emailed the buyer, explained the problem ,appologized, offer to return her money, or if she decides to keep it anyway,
To give her $10 off and pay her shipping,
(she won 2 of my auctions, 1 was correct and the second one has this problem, what if she decides she doesnt want any of them?)
I didnt hear from her yet,
So I'm hoping that she'll get back tome soon,
But then, what do I do?
Any suggestions?

Not much you can do until you hear back from the buyer. I think you did the right thing by apologizing and by offering a discount. Wait and see what she says and don't worry about it in the meantime. Everyone makes mistakes and this was an honest one. :0)

Well, almost honest, mostly since I didnt at 2 Am, I should have been more carfull,
She replied like 1 min after I posted this,
She is angry, but she asked for a picture
Of the non padded one... I so dont wont a neg....Poor me..Thanks for the uplifting reply Ashlandtrader.
