I AM STARTING TO GET to many packages a day to wrap. I pack about 50 packages a day now, at what point is it worth it to hire staff

I thought it was slow but i get a last minute bidders

I think you have to consider your profits and if you can afford or want to spend the money on help

Well i make about 150% mark up on products generally but some is a lot less. The stuff that sells well is marked up 30%

Example $4.00 canadian my cost just sold for $25.00 america plus shipping


example $3.00 canadian my cost sold for 7.99 american

The biggest time consumer is filling out the canadian shipping manifest ;(

We will for sure need someone when we do the festivals and ebay at the same time ...

I do the labels and my mother does most of the rest, but I pitch in when we are busy and when we are really busy my husband pitches in too. There were sometimes at Christmas where we had my sister in law pitching in too, but we do keep it all in the family.
