I need to know where on ebay can I go to block a Deadbeat Bidder from bidding on my items. Recently a bidding won two of my auctions in two days, on the second auction he won that same day he gave me a negative feedback for No reason! He said he hates ebay! I forward this to safe harbor for removal as well the two emails he send me, using every word with the F, A, H, S. Right now I am afraid to list items for sale because he can win and neg me again. Please help!

He can always just register again under a false name and bid (and neg) again. If someone is a real jerk there isn't a lot you can do about it except put yourself at the mercy of SafeHarbor.
