This goes hand and hand with JRB3's fun post the other day. A great deal of us listen to court shows while performing our ebay tasks. Court TV's question of the day is Should people be allowed to sell controversial items on the ebay auction web site? So far the yes is around 83%. If people feel strongly about this issue, you may want to go to www.courttv.com and cast your vote in the 13th juror section.

My opinion:

Sell whatever you want! Regardless of the item, there's a buyer out there. Just make sure it is posted in the appropriate catagory, so noone gets their "undies" in a bunch. Also, item should be within the law.
