I have the same problem since Sunday (04/29/01). The only way I can send invoices is to go to BillPoint's website, and select Send Invoices, select General and enter all necessary information. (Takes 3 times longer to send an invoice.)
From eBay's auction page or from My eBay page when I click on BillPoint's send an invoice icon, I get the same message "No product specified."
I sent BillPoint an email a week ago regarding to this problem, and here is their answer:
"I want to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced trying to send an invoice. When listing your items do not cut and paste your titles, sometimes if there is an extra space in the title it will cause the error message you were receiving. I have manually removed the space in the title so you may now click on the link to send a invoice."
Since 95% of my listings are relists, this explanation is not true in my situation. I never change my titles, or copy them just relist my listings from AW or Vrane.
Please post here if you have more information from BillPoint!

Adrian: I sent a BillPoint invoice out to a customer in Portugal today and he emailed back that he was unable to get it to accept his data. I went back into BillPoint and tried to resend it and got an error screen that said items in red are wrong. Needless to say, there were no items listed in red. I then canceled the invoice and was able to resend it and received notice 30 minutes later that my customer had paid. So, at least for me, BillPoint was a little bit of a PITA but it did work.
