Has anyone filed more than 3 Non Paying Bidder forms on the same bidder?
What were the results?
Did it make them NARU?
If not, did you contact Safeharbor and ask for them to be NARU?
I've got a NPB who has started selling, who owes me for ( a multiple) of auctions from 3 weeks ago, and still hasn't sent payment. I've already filed for ( a multiple) of warnings.
I realize that we could and possibly will exchange (A MULTIPLE) of negatives, but can I get them suspended on just my NPBs?

I believe that if you are not the one at fault they can not remove your account but will instead remove the non paying bidders account. as far as feedback each persons feedback whether negative of positive only counts for 1 points no matter how many auctions they bid on or sold Someone correct me if this is wrong

Oh sure, I know the negatives only count as one, but (a multiple) in a row will be ugly, after all the bleeping things are bright red.
Here's from EBAYs Help page:
"I submitted three credit requests for auctions that had the same high bidder, why isn't that bidder now suspended?
There could be a number of reasons. First, the system will not automatically suspend a bidder if that bidder receives three Non-Paying Bidder Warnings from one seller. This does not mean that the bidder will not be suspended, it simply means that the bidder will be manually reviewed and, if appropriate, suspended. Second, just because you submit a credit request does not mean that the bidder receives a Non-Paying Bidder Warning. Certain criteria must be met before a Non-Paying Bidder Warning is issued to the bidder."

File NPB warnings for all auctions and send a polite email to customer serving as a final notice that auctions must be paid in full within one week.
If they fail to comply, neg them for all auctions and request final auction value fee reimbursement and then contact Safe Harbor with a request for suspension of their account.

I would also contact other sellers who have auctions pending for this same bidder and ask them if they have been paid or what problems they are having
You have to be careful about contacting other buyers about problems with a seller. eBay sometimes views this as auction interference, which is a suspendable offense.
In March I filed 17 NPB's on eBay for the same bidder and 12 days later I filed for 17 Final Credits. She was suspended in 5 minutes after I entered all item numbers to get my fees back from eBay.
She was suspended for 30 days and now she is back.

Thanks, pepi3.
I wondered if it would have any effect on the NARU status. She has auctions up, and being suddenly NARU would have to be inconvenient. Which isn't my ultimate goal. All I want is my money, I mail her the items, and get back to the rest of my EBAY life.
I don't WANT to exchange negatives. Even though I have 700+ positives, (a multiple) bright red in a row would look as bad on me as they would on her.
I've only left negatives for bidders who totally ignored me. Make an effort to tell me a sad story and I'll write it off. But this one tells me the check is in the mail, x2, and when I notify her that I have to file for credits, suddenly I'M the rude one.
