I had an auction end on February 28. One of the high bidders failed to pay so I filed NPB and FVF. Ebay complied and refunded my FV fees.
This is where it gets weird. I didn't hear from this bidder at all until last Wednesday (May 2) when his money order payment shows up in the mail. I shipped the item on Thursday. This morning I wake up to find this positive feedback comment from him:
"Excellent transaction! This seller highly recommended. Fast delivery A+++++++"
Has anyone else had a transaction(s) similar to this?

I've known people who, once they had royally screwed up in some way, would just get up one morning and (apparently) decide, "I didn't do that . . . . it never happened . . . . everything is rosy and hunky-dory . . . . and if I think so, then everyone else will, too . . . "

kudzurose - No kidding - I have a brother in law that is like that but for the really serious things in life not for some $5 do-dad from an auction. He will go cheat people and run around on his wife and generally raise hell and then after a few months decide well I don't want to do that now and everyone is supposed to forgive and forget and more importantly pretend he won't revert to the same old crap in about 6 months.
I have destroyed the harmony off the family by opting out of that fairy tale.
Whish it was just a late payment on an auction. I could play that game a little longer if it made them happy.
