Is it possible to list your BIN price lower than the auction start price? I know this sounds a little weird but if it is allowed, then it could be used as a way to entice a buyer with a discount. It would virtually make an auction moot by applying a reverse perspective. The auction price could be set much higher thus making bidders believe they are getting an exceptional bargain. I'm just curious.
