Auction closed March 14 ($33.00 plus shipping), buyer says sent cash which never showed up. April 25 he says he will resend. 17 days later still no payment, just shy of two calendar months.
At this point I don't care if he sent six payments. I have relisted the item just this morning. If any payment shows from him I will send it back. He should have sent payment registered, or at least Airmail. I have my doubts that he ever sent payment at all.
I've waited so long on this guy I can't even file for FVF refund. I sent yet another "reminder" notice a couple of days ago and no reply.

Never wait so long that you can not file for your fees. At this stage is it worth your while to neg? What is their feedback like?

He has 9 positives, 1 neg. But the neg isn't for non-payment. Looks like he received damaged merchandise, negged the seller for a bad packing job, then the seller negged him.
I guess it wouldn't do any good to neg him. I just feel like I've been royaly jerked around.
