Up to this point I've pretty much have been able to keep track of who's buying what, addresses,ect. I'm at the point now that I'm running 150-200 auctions a week on 2 or 3 different sites.
My question is can anyone recommend a program or process that will allow me to determine for example that customer ID #141blah blah blah has bought "x" amount of items from me in "x" amount of time ? Also things such as who's paid/who hasn't ,ect. I've heard talk of people using Excel but I don't feel as if I've got all this free time to learn this stuff. It would be much easier to find a "database for dummies" program. Any suggestions???
