A seller has a feedback of 1401, but of these there are 117 negatives and 79 neutrals. In the past 30 days he has received 15 positives, 12 negs and 7 neutrals. How does Ebay let this go on. This kind of seller hurts all the sellers reputations.

Until a seller reaches -3 (or is it -4?) net feedback, I don't think ebaY will do anything.

So someone could theoretically have more negatives than positive and keep selling?

Sit down, before you hurt yourself.

Ebay will do something about it if they get enough complaints from irate buyers.

Thanks for your concern. It is much appreciated.

And thanks for the clarification.

Here is my favorite, finally NARU'd:

9700 positives. 6359 are from unique users

431 neutrals

763 negatives. 623 are from unique users

75 negs in the past month
487 negs in the past 6 months

Sold tons of electronic type stuff, AS IS, negs for defective products, DOA's, that kind of nonsense.

I had a problem seller about a year ago. Ebay finally naru'd them after they'd received 50 or so emails about nondelivery.

I think the bigger you are on ebay, the less chance of anything bad happening to you.

How about the people that still buy from sellers like that. Those folks deserve what they get.

meya: That feedback reads almost as bad as the the USPS' does when they auction off their damaged and undeliverable stuff! Wish I had saved the link to their ebay listings so you could see... Lord it was UGLY feedback! What really cracked me up about it was it seemed to be the hottest acutions going.

There is a seller with over 1000 negatives--received mostly for double billing, not shipping. I don't think seller is trying to rip off, just have very poor organizational skills.

They list up to 5000 items week, maybe it is time to reduce number or listings or hire some help.

Here's my favorite one and they are still selling.

35820 positives. 6648 are from unique users
863 neutrals.

1128 negatives. 539 are from unique users

24 negatives in the last seven days

156 negatives in the last month.
