I just had an auction end last night. I e-mailed the winning bidder, but his/her e-mail bounces. I checked the user ID, he/she has 3 purchases, all positives, no negatives. The last auction this person was was about a month ago, they have an AOL e-mail address. What should I do now? Just wanting some advice from you experienced sellers out there. I am kinda new at this.

A couple of suggestions:

1. Try using ebay's "send this auction to a friend" & tell them their email is bouncing.

2. Try using another ISP to send the email. They might have your particular email blocked accidentally.

Always a good idea to have a backup or secondary ISP to use. There are ISPs which block others & I use my second one to get around them.

If all that doesn't work, then forward your bouncing emails to SafeHarbor & see if they can contact them.

As I was about to e-mail this person from another computer/ISP, he e-mailed me with his new e-mail address! Luckily, that's all that happened. Thanks for the help!
