Can anyone tell me the safest and easiest way to get a stale smoke smell out of infant clothes that I would like to list on ebay?

Thanks,

Leslie

wash the clothes with regular soap powder, use a good fabric softner, and dry as normal, then put in a plastic bag till you are ready for processing to store item once done getting it up on a auction return to plastic bag till shipping then when ready for shipping spray with frebreeze seal box and ship.

The smell of Febreeze is sickening-- I'd rather smell smoke! Hopefully there's another solution.

There are various types of Febreze now on the market. The first kind I tried DID smell worse than smoke.

The type I am currently using is called Febreze EXTRA Strength Formula, it works great, and has a very pleasant lemony odour.
