Down at this point in BC, seems intermittent. Hotmail e-mail has been knocked out for me all day, too.

Down in Illinois!
Aren't things hard enough already? It's like having a retail store with a front door that "locks" periodically without letting customers in to shop.
I bet Meg's executive washroom door is working...

...by the way, what exactly is a "functionality"?
If you have an item you want to bid on, see if you can get through the UK site - I've done that successfully in the past.

This seems to be an ongoing problem. Too many parts of ebay are down to list. I tried UK, Canada, and Australia. I couldn't get into any of them GRRRRR.

Jettboy- I noticed that announcement also and e-mailed. I let them know that there were a lot of categories that we can't get access to. (As if they didn't know.)

I believe I heard Don King use the term "functionality" in the past. Must be where they got it from...

I was able to look at my auctions from the UK site http://pages.ebay.co.uk/index.html I don't believe that's going to be much help for buyers though.

We should be down (Not List)for e bay once in awhile. It's our fault this continues to happen, we accept this as normal. If you went to a brick and mortar store regular and it was closed during regular business hours would you continue to patronize this store?? WE must do something to force the issue to be resolved, if we continue support them with this lousey service it is our fault not e bays that the outages continue.
