It was bound to happen. I woke from a dream about eBay this morning. yikes!

In the dream, I sold a white poodle to a woman who then wanted to return it. She was happy to pay the fees for a return. When I went to pick up the poodle,it not only had a bizarre haircut, complete with mohawk, but she had dyed the dog about eight different bright colors.

Is this from reading the boards too much? Or maybe eating raw cookie dough right before going to sleep?

It's good to wake up chuckling.

Hahaha! Could be the cookie dough...did it have rainbow sprinkles? I just sold a 1960's poodle clipping book on eBay, it had a section on how to dye the poodles different colours...did you know the ears can take the dye faster than the rest of the fur, resulting in (horrors) an UNEVENLY dyed poodle?!
In your dream...did you refund shipping? Just kidding!

Now thats funny!

I remember when coloring your poodle was all the rage! We had one, but my Mom would not let us alter her....bummer

I had a white female standard poodle (what a lover) in the early 70s and the groomer talked me into dyeing her pink.

I was hilarious! I loved it, everyone else hated it and teased about it.

Only thing I objected to was the fingernails were painted red! Did not coordinate at all..

BTW, the poodle seemed to like it too! She really strutted her stuff (high stepping) when I brought her home from the groomers.

The things we used to do in the 70s!

I'm not sure if you're allowed to dream about eBay without paying them the appropriate fee...

Cracking up at these responses!

Wavy Gravy? Wonder what that flavor of B&J's ice cream will do to my dreams...

upriver, I sent eBay 30c just to cover my a**.

Pink poodles - you are brave!

I wonder if my white cat would sit still while I tie dyed him? (Don't yell, I'm only kidding!)

Peace,
Sadie
