yup, happened to me a month ago. I emailed ebay and they sent me a new password, which allowed me to login and show my balance. then when tried to pay for an auction, it was invalid..
after wasting my time with new passwords etc. i have given up. i do not accept billpoint as a seller, and don't use it as a buyer.

It was fine this evening. I have been using Billpoint for awhile now, and for the most part like it. Minor glitch today, but bad timing -- I needed some quick info from my account history.

I've had a problem with issuing an invoice from Billpoint for a week now! I've had numerous emails from them...they apparently are really trying to fix it, but I finally gave up and asked the buyer if he would be willing to use PayPal or send me a check. We took care of the problem that way.
I had another email from Billpoint this morning, asking for my telephone number so that they could work with me directly. I'm pleased with the attention, but I want the problem FIXED!
BTW, I have used BillPoint to pay for items with no problem. I just can't seem to issue an invoice, and most of the time I can't access my account to check on things, either. It's obviously some really weird glitch, if they can't fix it after a week and want to call me about it.
