What should I do? I just saw an auction where 2 very descriptive sentences (loaded with keywords) were lifted verbatim from one of my closed auctions. This is a Power Seller, by the way. Do I have to join VeRO for eBay to do anything? Can I join VeRO just to safeguard a description? Do I have to register each individual description I do? (I don't care about the item itself, just my description.)

Thanks for your advice!!

Without eBay, I might have a real life...

By the sound of it this happens all the time and most of the time they are the power sellers. Why don't you write and ask them and if they don't answer invite them here so we can ask them. Your hard work and perserverance pays off for the powerseller. We just had a thread about this less than a week ago. Why can't eBay stop this from happening. Maybe if the sellers that take descriptions from other sellers should be given a 30 day suspension, or is that to stiff.

Punish them with extreme prejudice.
