Reported the same PowerSeller for an Ebay infraction 6 times so far.

One auction ended before Ebay could do anything about it, but they said the seller had been warned.

The next time they were warned not to do it again.

Then, the next two were ended by Ebay.

The next one, the customer service person didn't see the violation, until it was quoted directly from the user agreement and the auction was ended.

And finally, the 6th one . . . waiting for Ebay's reply.

Meanwhile, the PowerSeller keeps posting like a bunny and Ebay gives no indication they'll do anything to stop them.
