I got suspended about a week ago for 14 days for selling a promo music CD. My question is does the suspension automatically come off after 14 days or do I need to sort anything out with eBay. I have sent numerous e-mails to the various contact e-mail addresses for eBay but have had not a single response. I did also ring customer services from the UK and although I spoke to a very nice lady who promised that she would arrange for somebody to reply to my e-mails I have heard nothing. My feedback is over 1,200 and I have been a registered user for 3 years so I was pretty annoyed to be suspended.
Any information appreciated, especially from anybody who has previously been suspended.

Well, welcome to the club, Your suspension, is almost for 15 days, as your automatic reinstatement will happen at 12:01 am the 15th day, after your suspension time. Due to the high amount of feedback, have someone set up a seperate account for you, with a different cargecard number, and split your sales. Do not set up the second account until after your suspension! As eBay is self policing, you pissed off someone, and your current account will be subject to more reports. Good luck. Ed

Suspended for 2 weeks for offering ONE promo CD?
I thought they would simply cancel the auction... are we all subject to suspension if we mistakenly break one of ebays rules one time?
What's the deal?
