eBay has "chat rooms" and "discussion boards" and "help boards" but in my experience they were all more or less chat rooms. Which is to say, they are not as thread-oriented as these great AW exchanges. I found a lot of personal chit-chat, most of it about computer games, on the board I accessed, not at all related to the thread, mostly stupid, and quite annoying. Try them, but I'll bet you are back here real soon...

Discus New Features is the board to go to if you want to vent, not that it has ever done any good. Lots of helpful people there usually if you have questions. The Cafe and the AOL boards are mostly chit-chat. Pottery and Glass and the Book boards have been helpful.
