I'm curious if there is a consensus on the wisdom of posting new auctions during a holiday weekend like this one vs. waiting till it's over. How much business is really lost from people going away for the weekend, if any? Is anyone deliberately holding back till Tuesday or is that just silly?

I have next to nothing on auction right now. Things will be slower as summer begins--and very few people are at their computers. I would launch Monday or Tuesday evening.

I always hear people saying it slows down over summer?
This will be my 3rd summer and I have just as much business as any other time of the year.
